Not far away from Charlotte, in Mooresville, is Blue Collar Reloading. He has been selling pistol powder for $20 - $24 at the last gun shows. Look him up. I bought some BE-86 for $22 at the last show.

He doesn't have a website, though, and can't ship powder. But he goes to the local shows including the ones in Raleigh. I always look him up.
