Where can you buy BULK CLP?

When my brother was with an deployable brigade he used to be able to get huge spray bottles of CLP to clean his weapons.

Does anybody know where a person can purchase pint sized spray bottles of a CLP like Breakfree?

The little spray cans are priciy and annoying.
