Very true. I prefer deep, blued steel and walnut stocks, blondes, and Chevy pickup-trucks.Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I prefer dull, bead-blasted stainless and granite-grey synthetic stocks, brunettes, and red pickup-trucks.
I agree about the use of search engines. In most cases though, like this one, it doesn't take a lot of searching or "scouring" manufacturers websites. Just a simple, brief search of terms like "stainless steel handguns" or "stainless steel rifles".Well, I hope ChanceMcCall, the OP, learned his lesson about asking a question on an ‘informational’ forum like The High Road. Why if he, and all the rest of us, would just learn how to properly use something called a “Search Engine” and spend plenty of time scourng EVERY manufacturer’s website, there would be no need to use internet bandwidth on something as silly as a forum like The High Road.

I was fully aware that your earlier response was intended to be sarcastic. I'll leave it up to others to decide whether sarcasm is "high road", (whatever that means). It seems like "excoriated" might be a bit too strong of a word. The OP stated that "most stainless steel guns seem to have disappeared". Several of us simply pointed out that that assumption was not accurate and I pointed out that that question could have been answered extremely easily and quickly with a simple web search. Those are facts, not any particular person's opinion. My point was this: Is there ANY question on here, that hasn't been asked in some way, some how, at some time?
One caveat - "coatings" can wear off. "Stainless" is not a "coating". Finis.
