I'm loading up some Match 7.62x54R for my Romanian PSL and am looking for Lapua D-47 Bullets. But I cannot find them at my usual suppliers (Midway, Cabelas, Sportsmans Warehouse) Anyone know where to get this stuff? Otherwise any suggestions on 150gr match bulled for a 3.10-3.11 bore? Don't want to use the heavy stuff 175gr with the PSL.

IIRC, the Lapua bullets are 0.3095" or so in diamter and were made for the Finnish Nagants that had the tighter barrels. Still, they are reputed to shoot well in some MNs with larger bores and grooves.

I think that both Sierra and Hornady make match bullets in 0.311" diameter for the .303 British and they should work just fine.

I was looking for a Sierra Match King around ~150gr in .310-.311 and couldn't find on on their website or anywhere else. If you find one (or one similar), please let me know.

They do make one around ~174gr.

Yes, Sierra and Hornandy do make Match bullets for the 303 all of them weigh over 150gr. Need a 150gr bullet.

Since you seem bent on 150 grain match bullets, you have a problem. The only 150 grain bullet of which I know is the Sierra 155 grain Palma bullet. It is exceedingly accurate, but is designed and manufactured to shoot in rifles with very tight bores. I really do not think that it would do well in the sloppy bores found in MNs.

Try one of the plastic-tipped spitzer bullets marketed nowadays, if anybody makes one in your size. The last time I remember buying Lapua bullets, I got them either from Sinclair Int'l. or from E. Arthur Brown Co.
