Hello, gents and ladies

I've been hunting around for RRA parts and uppers to build an A2 with maybe one of those Wilson SS barrels. So any tips on where to get a A2 butt stock, lower parts kit, lower receiver, and a A2 upper cheap would help a ton. I've got about $675 to play with so the best deal is what I'm looking for. I know we have bargain savvy shoppers out there, so help a fella out, with your buying wisdom.

www.adcofirearms.com has complete RRA uppers starting at about $350. Check out the equipment exchange on AR15.com too. There are a couple of good RRA dealers on there. You should be able to get a lower reciever, lower parts kits, and A2 stock for about $220 not including shipping. If you hunt around you can probably find some even cheaper deals on used stuff.

Pete at Legal Transfers is a first class guy. I bought almost all of my RRA parts from him for an AR build.

His costs are VERY reasonable if you have him do some of the work for you...like build the upper...and his turn around time is measured in days, not weeks or months.

Robert and Krista at RB precision are tops!! I've ordered parts, accesories and a complete rifle from them. Heck, they even answered a call on a Saturday!!

"Jon Coppenbarger has already told you the best way to get what you want."

I am trying that too, but it's not a perfect world.

I do have a few leads, but getting ahold of people isn't easy this time of the year. I'm just keeping my options open. Since most of the matches around here don't start up till February I got some time to make things happen.

My local gunsmith gets me RRA parts at wholesale :D :neener: I built my entire gun for $650, but I did not get the two stage trigger when I purchased the lower seperately. :( Now I need to get one of those!
