I looked at the models you mentioned and they all look good. That being said, I really have a fundamental dislike for 9mm 1911s'. I like 1911s' however it seems that they all have to have something done to them to get them to work as a 9mm. It is a case of using something to do something it wasn't designed to do.
I recently gave some serious thought to going 9mm. The only 9mm 1911 platform that I found, that I liked, was the Springfield EMP. In its favor was that it was designed to be a 9mm, it wasn't just added as an afterthought.
I wouldn't want to be seen as speaking too ill of some peoples favorites, and on that list I think it is safe to say that each and everyone is someone's favorite. I just think you are better off using a pistol in the caliber it was designed for.
That is a long way of saying my vote is a Browning Hi Power or CZ-75 for full size SA 9mm and the EMP for Compact (again, this is assuming that what you want is a non-poly, SA 9mm [and yes, I know the CZ-75 isn't a SA; but it has a thumb safety, so you can use it that way if you want to]). Of the ones you listed, they are all pretty good.
