Which 30mm. scope-rings/bases for Tikka T3 lite SS ?

So, after considerable web-research,not to mention wailing and gnashing of teeth, i finally stumbled on the best deal going on the Tikka T3 lite in stainless, of all places, a local operation that i've been dealing with for decades.(Barrow automotive in Butler,Ga. ) Who knew ?
Anyway, the included 1" rings won't help me 'cause i have a Leupold scope with a 30mm.tube. ( plus, i've read they're so-so quality).
So, i'm looking around, reading about Warne rings, then i just read about Tikkas Optilok rings and bases,and the guy a bought the rifle from said Leupold makes compatible bases,and with those i should be able to use the Leupold Standard rings i have now.But i really don't know from shinola,here. What i don't (think) i want is quick-release rings.
So, i'm stuck in Roatan,Honduras for a few more weeks (I called and put a deposit down till i get home) and i'd like to have all my ducks in a row, i don't want to get there and find out the Leupold bases won't work,or are out of stock, or whatever, when i can do the research now and order up exactly what i need and hit the ground running.See what i mean? As always, any help muchly appreciated......M.

Have you thought about using a picatinny rail with weaver style rings. I know they make them for Tikka's but because of severe weather in my area the net is real slow now and I cannot find anything.

OK, the net is back up to speed and I was able to do some research. I found a rail as well as a lot of Tikka accesories at www.tjgeneralstore.com The rails are pricey at $98, but this might be a good site to look at for a Tikka owner

They have the standard Tikka t-3 rings for a 30mm tube for $59. I have had no problems with mine on a 30-06 for 4 years now.

I have Talley bases and quick release rings for 30mm tubes, and I love them - I got them directly from Talley. They're pretty much the same prices as you've described.

I like Burris Signature Zee rings. I don't understand why you'd use anything else, unless you just like ring marks on your scope.

I really like those Burris Zee rings, skinewmexico, but are you recommending them in general, or specifically for the Tikka ? I'm not sure excactly what is and isn't compatible with this rifle, and i'm starting to go cross-eyed from all the Googling !!
