Which carry handle scope (must be "ready to go" for $400 or less)

I've got a 20inch AR 15A2 and I'm looking for a good "tactical" scope with about 4x magnification that can be had with a channel mount and rings for less that $400... Here's what I've found.

Hakko 4x20
Pros
Illuminated reticle
55grn BDC
Cheapest of the choice I've found (leaves me with enough to be most of the way to a EOtech for my M4)
Hakko made these scopes for Colt originally
No additional hardware needed to mount

Cons-
Not a whole lot of information

IOR M2
Pros
Good review in boston's gun bible
illuminated reticle
rangefinding reticle

Cons-
62 grn BDC- right now I shoot 55grn



Anyone use any of these? anyone have any ideas for a similar scope that I missed?

I have the illuminated one with the handle mount, item 100 on the web page.
Nice unit. You might want to consider one as another option.
