Which carry rig for P3AT? How do you carry yours? Good P3AT alternatives?

Here is a pic of my K&D Pocket Defender Convertible 2-in-1:

The back panel is removable (snaps on/off), making it great for front or rear pocket carry. I carry mine in the front pocket without the back panel most of the time. In some pants, the panel is useful in the front pocket as well, to make it look just like a wallet.

They also offer a model with an integrated mag pouch called the Pocket Defender Convertible 2-in-1 Plus, but I like the slimmer carry.

Get a Nemesis or Uncle Mike's while you wait for this holster (there is a backlog) - it will be worth the time and expense.

RJ Hedley also makes fine quality pocket holsters for the P-3AT.

No offense to anyone who uses the clip, but any carry method that does not cover the trigger seems dangerous and irresponsible to me.

The trigger IS covered..It’s between my jeans and underwear.

This isn’t a 3.5lb pull SA auto; it’s a DAO with a fairly rough ~8lb trigger.
I've tried pulling the trigger while carrying (empty of course) and while it COULD be done, IMHO it is highly unlikely.

Actually, Kel-Tec lists the trigger pull on the P-3AT at 5.0 pounds. The length of the pull is what provides the "safety" on the pistol.
