I just got a Spikes, but haven't been able to test it so far. I hope and expect good things.

But Spike's is new! If you've got the scratch, just go for the BCM. They're proven and have a good track record.

I picked up a CMMG upper from AIM a couple of years ago that matches your requirements, and it's been a great upper for me. Take a look at CMMG, they make good stuff.

Thanks for the input everyone. I just pulled the trigger on a Spikes upper. $479 shipped from Aimsurplus, for a top of the line upper, can't beat that deal!
