Which front sight?

So, I am looking to upgrade the sights on my hybrid RIA. It's got the mid-sized upper, which is a 4-inch bull barrel/slide setup, with GI sights.

I will be using a Novak Lo-Mount carry rear sight, but I'm uncertain as to which front sight to order. Basically, Novak offers several front sights in the style I want, but in differing heights.

Which height of front sight should I be ordering for a 4" bull barrel 1911? I do most of my shooting with 230gr FMJ but occasionally some JHP ammo in either 230 or 185gr loadings.

Any help appreciated.

Call Dawson Precision. They are great on figuring out correct front sight height.

Thanks for that but it seems a little shady to me to call a vendor for information, and then not buy from them. Maybe it's just me.

I guess I'll call Midway and see if they can help, since that's probably where I'll order the sights.
