Seeing in Iraq I had no real luck stopping cars by shooting at engine blocks. Those cars were stopped when round passed though the fire wall and found their way to the source of the problem. 105X608 w/a HEAT rounds at 3300+ FPS would do the trick.

My loading manual says they're good for 3850fps. using 195.8oz. (yeah, that's not grains) of RAD070188.
