I am no fun as I would stick with the 1911's and forget about the Hi_Power.. However it's your itch to scratch so choose the one YOU favor less and get on with it. My experience with a Hi-Power is I held one at the LGS and didn't care for the way it felt in my hand or the trigger either. That was enough for me, no need to shoot one.
