Which One Would You Buy?

PLEASE, DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY OTHER REVOLVER.

The person I'm asking for wants to buy one of these two revolvers ONLY. He only want to know which of the two most would choose. He will assume the one that gets the most votes is the better of the two revolvers.

Rossi over Charter, as the Rossi is a better firearm~!

Charter arms which i'll assume is made by

I guess if I had to buy one of these, I'd take the Rossi. I have owned only one Charter and one Rossi, and the Rossi still works

I'm just wondering why someone would be so dead set on low end ($ and quality) guns? These are both defensive type weapons, What's your life worth?

I owned a Rossi 5-shot .38 snub about twenty years ago.
Functionally, it was a total POS.
I know that things change, but I will not own or recommend a Rossi.

I have an old Charter Arms Bulldog and it is great, but Rossi makes better revolvers.
