Which powder will smoke the least in my .38 super "normal" loads?

As stated above I need something other than bullseye. I shot bullseye in my .38 super with 125 gr. RN boolets that weekend and after five shots I couldn't see the sights. Someone suggested clays? None in Lyman 49.

I really love Vit N105 in my .38 Super. I've never notice an abundance of smoke. It's pricey powder though, if you can find it.

Bullseye doesn't smoke.

Bullet lube smokes if you use lead bullets.

switch to coated bullets if you're using lead. in 45, 9, and 38 it made more difference for me than any powder I ever tried.

FWIW; my best lube, a home made "Speed Green" smokes but it eliminates leading in my 9mm! So I live with it. As RC stated Bullseye (and most other powders) don't smoke much, it's the lube...

Economy and all I use aa no2 in my 38 super load data is no longer printed as its very easy to go over load but I load to 1450 fps with no signs of over pressure on 135 gr bullets.......minimal muzzle flash and no smoke....I will note this is very accurate in my RIA but very inaccurate in my friends STI.
