Which sights?

I have an older Kimber officers model (~1998). It groups low and to the left either from a rest or off hand. It does this with winchester JHP and handloads of varying charges. My friends also shoot low and left with this pistol. It has fixed night sights installed on it from Kimber. I want to replace the rear sight with an adjustable sight so that it shoots point of aim. I don't have to have the rear night sites but would like the dots.

What sights will fit in the rear Dovetail of the Kimber?
What are your experiences with different sight manufacturers?

I don't really want to spend more than $100 if I can help it.

Any adjustable sight that costs less than $100 ain't worth sh.....well, you know.

I would suggest some other way of getting it to POA, how off to the left is it at 25 meters? why not just drift the front or rear sight and aim high?
