Who has Glock 19 magazines (15rd) and 3.5# connectors in stock?

I can't find either of these products in stock for the life of me...where can I find them? I'm interested in (2) factory new glock 9mm 15rd magazines and (2) 3.5lbs factory trigger connectors.

Should I consider a ghost inc. rocket 3.5# connector instead? Does the "debris channel" actually help with the smoothness of the trigger pull? I'm just looking for a way to achieve an actual 4.5 - 5 lbs trigger pull on my glock 19, and have been told that simply swapping the stock connector for a 3.5# connector will give me this.

3.5lbs factory trigger connectors

Glock armorers are only allowed to install them in models 17L, 24, 34, and 35; and they must provide serial number documentation to Glock. Apparently it's a liability thing and Glock wants factory 3.5lb connectors in competition guns only.

CDNN, Cheaper than Dirt and the Sportsman's Guide have the magazines.

Is the 12# NYPD trigger the same thing as this, or does this one not have whatever mechanism it is that makes the NYPD version different? I've read here that the spring on the NYPD one can be traded for a 3.5# one, giving you a trigger that is neither "spongey" nor heavy.

Also, is there a similar mod available for the XD? And would it be necessary anyway?

There's a guy on GlockTalk that sells the factory connectors for $17 including shipping at this time. Good guy to deal with, money order or cashier's check only. Look in the "gun parts and accessories" forum on GlockTalk for 5532jwk or you can email him at [email protected] and tell him what you need. You may want to try the 3.5 connector with a NY1 trigger spring ($5) - the combination makes the trigger have a nice steady resistance til it breaks but the overall pull is still about 5.5 lbs - great for carry guns or for people who like nice revolver like trigger pulls but much lighter. Midway and Natchez shooter's supply have magazines...this "panic" buying has sure sold some guns, mags, and ammo...

Go with the Rocket (or the Ultimate). The Factory connector will barely be distinguishable from the 5.5, but the Ghost units will smooth up the trigger very well.

Heads up--the Rocket does require fitting. You'll want an armorer's half back plate (if the overtravel stop is too long, you can't fire the gun, and can't disassemble it until you release the striker--the half back plate let's you do that easily).

If you're inexperienced with GLOCKs, go with the Ultimate. You get a nice, smooth trigger, but keep the longer factorey reset. All the Rocket does is provide an internal overtravel stop, taking your trigger reset from 1/4" to as little as 1/32", depending on how you fit it. The Rocket may cause light strikes if it's not fitted properly.
