High Caliber Sales sells both a Mk12 Mod0 and Mod1 upper. They use all the same exact components that CRANE used, and their uppers are probably as authentic as you can get without actually buying an issued model. A guy working with them was part of the development of the Mk12 platform.
If you talk to them, they can also get you a line on all of the lower components as well.
As for the Mk11 Mod0, nobody really makes an exact replica. It's sort of one those rifles that's been built in some way, shape or form by numerous manufacturers. The Mk11/M110/.308AR platform has numerous companies trying to improve upon it continuously. As a result, there are numerous options available for an accurate SASS platform. You can buy one for about $10k from KAC, but it'd be easier to buy a SASS from someone else and get a better weapon system for a lot less money. Building would be even cheaper yet.
If you are wanting an exact clone of the Mk12 you should go with Centurion Arms. The owner, Monty, is an active duty Navy SEAL and builds them to the EXACT specs as the issue ones. Total rifle will cost you around 1800 bucks or so.
