Who makes this AR lower?

Anybody know who makes the billet lower in the picture below? I love the lines of it but can’t find who makes it. The side says PG-15 multi caliber. I saw it in a review of drop in triggers.

A search for PG-15 didn't give me any good results. But it looms a lot like a DRD CDR-15 lower. But the CDR-15 has some additional milling http://drdtactical.com/product/cdr15-billet-7075-lower-stripped/

OK found it. From the review, contacted author. His reply: "It's from Precision Guncraft in Idaho, but they closed up shop four or more years ago. Real small operation.
