Can anyone steer me on to anyone who might have 15mm x 104mm BESA brass cartridge cases?
These were used during WWII in the ZB zv60 Czech designed machine gun. BSA (the motorcycle manufacturer) also manufactured them under license to VZ, hence the name BESA. Both countries made ammo for them with the British developing the ammo to suit their specific needs. However, it isn't possible to purchase ex-military brass internationally. Because of this, I will have to go with what little might be available in the U.S. However, If nothing turns up, I might even consider de-milled cases (cases with holes in them). I think de-milled cases can be shipped internationally. I would use these cases to load ammo for use in a bolt action rifle. I don't know how these cases are marked because I've never had one in my hands.
The dimensions of the case are: Rim dia: .975", Base dia: .972", Shoulder dia: .906", Case length: 4.075"
