I'm heading to a Gun Show tomorrow and I am seriously considering buying one. I'd like to hear likes and dislike from our members. It feels well and the price is in my budget. Have'nt shot one yet. Any comments would be helpful and appreciated. Thanks.

New a couple of months ago for under $500. I have put approx. 100 rounds through with no malfunction. Came with two 15 round mags, lock, cleaning rod & brushes, and oil in plastic lockable case. Trigger pull is long DA and still a little stiff. SA works better for me. I like the feel and the night sights are impressive. I do have problems removing and replacing the slide latch crossbolt for field strip. Overall a good purchase that I would repeat.

I bought one for my father and he loves it

I bought one for my father in .40 and he loves it. Wash23 is right...the trigger pull is a little long but you will still like the gun. I have plans on buying one in 9mm when i get the funds.
Field striping it takes a little getting used to. Accurate and reliable gun. The interchangeable grip is also a nice feature too. I have a p228 9mm, p232 in .380 and p229 in .357 sig. The sig pro is next on the list.

I have the 9mm

Hellava deal new for under 450 too!
I was shooting 9mm american eagle 147 gr truncated cone rounds this past week-end at an indoor range.
I have put almost 700 rounds? through it so far.
Its a SIG for under 450 what is there not to like....did i mention it was a SIG

I owned one for several years - it was a great deal at under $450 for Sig quality. Had great ergonomics and never had a single malfunction in several thousand rounds. I absolutely loved the thing - and as a poor college student had to get rid of it at one time. I really regret that and will surely get another - this one for keeps. I would highly recommend it to anyone. A quick suggestion, if you are planning to carry it and never mount a light to it, you could grab one of the older models pretty cheap used (models 2340 and 2009 I think?). They have the strange rail that is not Picantinny which would snag a lot less than the current variation (they sold some special light or laser that mounted to the old version for a while).

I own one of the ALL German ones with the Ifalon finish in 9mm. Great trigger, really accurate and 100% reliable. I have put 100's of rounds through it numerous factory and reloads and zero malfunctions since day one. The gun is built solid and might well be Sigs best deal. I paid $469.00 to my door and it came with 3 Sig Hi-cap mags.

I think the Sp2022 is actually one of Sigs unsung heroes, I just don't understand why Sig's polymer line doesn't get more recognition, it almost seems like Sig loyalist look down their nose at a polymer gun, and that Sig has sinned. The P250 is interesting but not my cup of tea.
