The road to wellness is paved with: .45/70, .44 Rem Mag., .35 Rem, .30/06, .30/30, 7mm Rem.Mag., 7mm08, .270, .243, .223, .22lr. What??? No .22/250, .22mag, or .17HMR.....must seek and procure to prevent relapse.

Needs a quarter bore gun! lol

I'm the same way, I could probably justify in my own mind every potential caliber or chambering anyone's ever dreamed of. Luckily a sense of responsibility keeps me grounded. But if I ever get more disposable income look out.

Guys and guns are the same thing as chicks and shoes.
We need options for every occasion regardless of what we're hunting.
I have a .30-06, 300 WM, 338 WM, and a 45-70. Yet the only big game I hunt is moose.
Go figure.
Again just like women, even though they don't understand, once you buy the rifle it's not over. You still need to accessorize!

Oh gun fever, that is a tough one. No meds will help you with that. I have been fighting it for many years. I keep trying to tell myself that I already have a great rifle for every situation, but it does me no good. I am currently itching for a new lever gun, and a 25-06. If you are serching for the "perfect" all around rifle the T3 Stainless in 6.5x55 is the closest I have so far. If only it was CRF and had a 24" barrel, oh well I just have to keep serching.

Ruger SR9...or SR9c

guess I need an AR-15 one of these days too...oh yeah and an M1A...and maybe a Garand

It could be worse. You could be buying hunting rifles despite not having hunted in several years.

Ok, I've shot some coyotes and hogs a few times...but you don't need a permit or daylight to shoot those here.

Because we all do!!!

I made do with a Remington Mod 742 carbine in .308 winchester for years.
Then converted a 760 Rem35 Rem to.358 Winchester
Then a Rem 700 Classic in .35 Whelen
Then a 7mm-08 Rem Model 7
Next a Rem. Mod. 700 Stainless in .280
Last but not least a new .35 Whelen Rem Mod. 750
