While Wideners does seem to have great selection and prices, I can't seem to get an order in on their website. Using two different computers and two different operating systems and browsers (Windows + Explorer and Linux + Firefox), I get the same results.

If I fill my cart with three different powders, and then move on to bullets, when I make my first or second bullet choice, my cart ends up empty except for the bullets. What the heck is going on :cuss:

I typically buy from Midway, but my order is quite large, and Wideners is significantly cheaper on powder. I doubt if anyone here can help, I'm just venting, but maybe someone from Wideners will see this and address the problem. I suppose I could also just phone my order in, but sheesh, I've never had such a bad online shopping experience.

believe it or not, wideners website used to be FAR worse.

still, i never order anything from them online. always call it in.

btw, their website isn't any worse than grafs

You should see Natchez's site! Very cumbersome and prone to errors. I just call them and place the order because their prices are usually very attractive. Good service and order-filling accuracy as long as you call them instead of using the web site.

Give them a call. I bet they would appreciate you letting them know about the problem. Trust me, they want it to work for you. I have dealt with Wideners and they are good folks to deal with. I have had no problem with their website, although I am not wild about its setup. Some websites are just horrible.

I deal with Midway a lot and have encountered a problem with their site before. I called them and they fixed me up. 99.9% of the time I never have a problem with them. Stuff happens.

I've never had a problem, I order all my new stuff exclusively from wideners online. Keep in mind when you are looking at an item, look to the right side to see if they have it in stock, just a thought , thought that might have something to do with it.

I just started buying from Wideners a couple weeks ago. The site does work a little funny. When you select an item it goes a an intermediate page to show what was just ordered. Not a total list of items previously picked. You click on the cart button and it shows everything picked so far. Kinda confusing at first since it's different than any other web site ordering sequence I've ever used but it did work OK. Got my shipments really quick too compared to Grafs.
Midway has the best set up. Downside though....too damn easy to spend money.

Yes, I noticed that. But at some point my cart gets wiped out and all that's left is the most recent selection. What gives???
