We will have a six stage Wild Bunch Action Shooting match tomorrow at the Greenville (South Carolina) Gun Club.
WBAS is a "spinoff" of Cowboy Action Shooting; the sanctioning body is the Single Action Shooting Society (SASS) but it is a separate sport with its own rules.
In short, WBAS is a "three gun" sport using guns from circa 1913, specifically, a .45 ACP 1911 pistol, a pistol caliber lever action rifle and a 12 gauge pump shotgun (Winchester 1897 or Model 12).
