I watch very little tv, but decided to turn it on today around lunch time. I stumbled upon Wild West Tech on the History Channel. I only got to watch it for about 20 minutes, but it was very interesting. Unsurprisingly, there was a lot of discussion about the Colt SAA. Apparently, this was a series done some time back. Is the whole series good enough to dig up and watch?

If you can find it, you'll enjoy the shows. I like them because I like the subject line. Its fun to watch. You'll get a different answer from my wife. She only watches because I hide the remote. :D

If you could find it on Netflix it might be worth it to look up. I've watched a lot of them. Some of it is a little corny... but compared to the travesty I just witnessed on the Discovery Channel tonight, it's a masterpiece.

I always enjoy it whenever it's on. I suppose there are those who will argue with some of the "facts" (there always are) but if nothing else, it's entertaining, and "if you're not careful, you might learn something." (With thanks to Bill Cosby.)

Yeah it's a good show, the experts seem to be the right guys for the show and both Carradines are just quirky enough to make it fun to watch.

Some of those "History" and "Discovery" shows are interesting and fun to watch, but it is best not to consider them as factual or based on history. (One show depicted a French WWI attack - on the British!!!)
