Wildalaska:

Amazningly enough, the red Wilkinson that you mentioned above showed up again on the shelves of that Cash Alaska Pawn shop. Still $149. With more money than sense, I suspect, I slapped down the cash and bought it. As soon as I get a range report, I'll post the results also. Note the appropriate background for my 'Red Pistol' nudie shots.

One more shot.

I'm really impressed with the workmanship on this pistol. The parts are tool steel and heat treated aluminum, the machining is precise, the fit is outstanding. Wow. One thing I have yet to do is fire it and a range report will certainly follow.

Any idea where I could find parts for an FTL AUTO NINE I need a new firing pin/striker?

Sure. Here is the text of the email they sent me. I'm not sure if this will fit the FTL gun, but you can ask them:
All parts for Sherry are available . Parts department will be closed until 10/21/2003.... John

Their email is [email protected] if you want to get hold of them. Their web address is: http://www.northwest-arms.com/

Don't believe what the site says. The Sherry (descendant of the FTL Auto Nine) is out of production and has been for years. They have all spare parts but the frame for the Wilkinson Sherry. I'm not positive that parts are interchangeable, but my Father is in the same situation you are. His Auto Nine needs a new bolt block. I can't imagine why the firing pin dimensions would have changed, though.

Thanks Badger,
I will call them and hope they can help. It was a nice shooter.
