Will Judge Posner review the new Illinois Carry Law after it is written and decide whether it is Constitutional or not?

Only if it's enacted, litigated, the trail court result is appealed to the 7th Circuit, and the case assigned to a panel that included Judge Posner.

Nothing really to discuss.
