Kerry's "misfired joke" serves as a reminder of the elitist, disdainful view that many prominent Democrats take of our armed forces. The one good thing about Iraq (as opposed to Viet Nam) is that our country is by and large fully behind our servicemen and women.
What's your opinion? Will voters be more or less inclined to vote Democratic now that they've been reminded of how the Democratic leadership really feels about our armed forces?
