This weekend I was shooting my Norinco for the first time after installing Wilson Springs and Followers in three mags. I had never had a misfeed or failure to lock open after the last round until this weekend.

After about twenty some odd rounds the first round (FMJ round nose Winchester white box) would get stuck going into the barrel. The other rounds all fed correctly. Also the slide stopped locking back after the last round. The functioning improved but not completely at about the 100th round.

The follower catches the slide lock by about 1/16 of an inch. It seemed to work with the slide removed.

Any feedback?

I used their follower kit made for 10mm mags a while back, the follower SPLIT IN TWO on the first trip to the range. :scrutiny:

Always had great luck with their .45 magazines, but the spring/follower kit was a dud.

I purchased about a half dozen Wilson spring/follower kits. Installed them in the GI type magazines Springfield Armory sells (Metalform I believe).

I've had good luck with them. All of the mags work like a charm in both of my SA 1911s.
