Win 244 Any Reason Not

I have Win 231 on hand but don’t have a lot of experience (yet) loading 9mm.

I am currently looking in a store with Win 244 at $19.99 a pound. Any reason NOT to buy it for 9mm , if for nothing else other than plinking? Issues with plated bullets?

I did a limited test for a new 9mm powder... out of 4 powders, W244 won. It's not a bad powder, but you may have to play with COL and charge weight to find it's happy place.

For $20 a pound I would find a way to make it work. That's a great price for powder today.
