Can't help you with the rifle, but I think you mean 300 WSM for the caliber.

never heard of a winchester 'blackhawk' - perhaps you are thinking of 'black shadow'?
if it is a black shadow, i think that particular rifle was eliminated when fn bought the company, so it would be a used model, maybe from 2003-ish or so? dunno - i'm not much for winchester history, but i do have a shadow in 300 wsm and it is ok. it is accurate enough, and is a decent hunting rifle. killed a few deer and antelope w/ it.
