Winch for dressing critters - what to use?

This is my self made hog/deer hanger. It's still going strong after ten years:

i can have a big hog skinned in 20-25 minutes. It's easier to skin a hog prior to field dressing; it's cleaner too.

1. Hang hog by the rear legs.
2. Cut off the front fore legs and head.
3. Cut slits in skin of upper front leg.
4. Slit the skin lengthwise down belly and back.
5. Skin out the rear quarters.
6. Pull the skin off using a knife as needed.

These king size pliers save a lot of time:

Thanks all - I just ordered one of the receiver hitch mounted hitches like this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B...4df-15aac5223b10&pf_rd_r=DJ1XYJASQ3J7SD9NTVDE
Good reviews and price. Should do the trick!

This arrived earlier this week and I'm very impressed. It's very solidly built, hard to believe the price given the sturdy construction. My only gripe is that the vertical steel tubing drops down below the level of the receiver - since I have a smaller SUV (BMW X5) it then has little ground clearance, particularly as it sticks a couple feet out from the hitch. So if I drive with it there's a very high likelihood of it hitting the ground while driving on uneven ground. This was easily fixed by cutting off several inches and drilling a new hole for the pin that allows you to adjust the length to hit the ground. This wouldn't be an issue for a pickup or vehicle with a higher hitch than my car.
