Saw this gun on uk site for £90.

Description spares or repair.

Spoke to the dealer who took it PX and he said
the furniture was in good condition also the barrel
the bolt and trigger were intact but some mag and
feeding bits were missing.

He said some pins and "springs"had been taken out by previous owner
and never replaced.

How easy is it to make or replace the bits missing bearing in mind i live in the UK?

And how will i know without seeing the gun or another working one if
i'm buying a DOG?
NO WAY I CAN VIEW FIRST HAND AS GUN IS AT OTHER END OF THE UK.

Should i go for it or leave it alone?

Seems too good to be true!

The 1500 has been out of production for several years and some internal parts are hard to come by in the U.S. anymore.

In England, I would think finding the parts at a price that makes economic sense would be very hard to do.
I think you could easily spend more then the gun is worth to get it running again.

Cheers for the info on parts availabilty.

If there scarce in the USA i've got no
chance over here.

If i knew which bits were missing and where they went i might
have half a chance (make them my self or get friend who's an engineer)
to make em.

+1 to rcmodel for stoping me throwing £90 in the air or spending
the national deficate of some small countries trying to fix the
1500 if i bought it.
