I decided to get into my recently inherited post-64 Model 70 to make sure everything is in working order and I think I may have screwed up. While taking down the bolt, I missed the step of putting the safety in the middle position like I'm apparently supposed to do (I'm new to the 70) and now it's stuck. I pressed the little button that catches in a notch in the bolt handle and turned the whole rear section counter-clockwise. The lugs are now verticle relative to the safety and bolt handle with the firing pin protruding slightly. If anyone can give me a tip on how to undo this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Put a dab of grease on the cocking cam and hold the bold body with one hand while turning the rear part clockwise. You may need some mechanical assistance but use padding so as not to mar the bolt.
