today i got around to shooting the 3.5" win LB,s #5-#6.s. i had shot the LB #4,s and was inpressed with the 133 pellets in a 12"circle at 42 yds, so i bought a box of 5, and 6,s. the 5,s put 200 pellets in the 12" circle and the #6,s put 277 in one target and 270 pellets in the second at 42 yrds out of a 26"barreled 870 rem SM pump with a 1x4 leupold scope with a 660 jelly head choke tube. depending on what size shot you like, these shells will kill turkeys at 40 yrds with out any problems except for recoil . using a lead sled with two 25lbs bags of shot helped take the sting out of the testing. i will be using the #6,s this turkey season. eastbank.
