Winchester Model 12 Trench / Bead sight on the barrel?

Did the Winchester Model 12 Trench guns come with a bead sight on the barrel, the heat shield, or not with one at all? If so, was it silver or gold? Also, does anyone here have a stock for a trench gun that they would be interested in selling or know of where I should look? Mine has the 19 ribbed slide/forend/pump.

Thanks, RC. No bead on the actual barrel though, right? Just on the heatshield? I've never seen one of the trench guns with the heatshield removed, but it's hard for me to imagine there being one on the barrle of the gun as well. It seams to me that the heatshield wouldn't rest properly on the barrel if the barrel itself had a beadsight on it.

Correct, none on the barrel itself. At least not on mine.
