They are neat little guns. Pretty much the ruler of the "single shot semiauto" category, although some H&R Safari owners might disagree. Unusual in that it fires from an open bolt, i.e. when cocked the entire bolt is drawn back and slams forward to fire.
There is also a centerfire Winchester Model 55, a variant of the model 94 lever action.
