Winchester PDX1 QC problem and customer service question

This afternoon, I bought 5 boxes of Win PDX1's in 124 grain 9mm. I got home and went to inspect all the ammo and the very first round i pulled had a couple blemishes which are pictured below. Has anyone here dealt with Winchester's customer service, and if so, how did it turn out?

I haven't dealt with customer service but isn' that ammo new? I mean they just started marketing it so I'm a little perplexed that there would be flause of that level.

whoa, never seen any ammo company did that before. i would say 2 out 3 times when i buy ammo, i would open the box just to have a quick look before i go to the counter, not so much a mess up from the factory, but from other customer "snipping" 1 or 2 rds from the box.

edit: i got 1 box and it was all good.
