Winchester Red W Shotgun value

I was looking at a couple of like new Winchester shotguns yesterday, one a Model 1400, the other a 1200. Both had nicely figured wood, both were unfired. The 1400 had a ribbed barrel, and was marked "skeet". Both had a red "W" on the oval metal piece on the grip portion of the stock. Both had gold plated trimmings. The 1200 was $189, the 1400 was $199. Are these prices to good to pass up?

The 1400 is near a theft. The 1300 is a good price.

For $200, I'd jump on that 1400, just because....
