Did a liitle trading, and ended up with a box of this.

GB example:

http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.asp?Item=130351259

The case ends are marked WF & Co also, nickle case, flat point silver tip bullets. Tan box with Wells Fargo & Co. logo. This was put out when the Wells Fargo lever commemorative came out. Curious what they may be worth, aside from what the guy with the auction is asking.

I may be tempted to shoot em off. :D

I don't know what to tell you.

I'm sure they would be worth more then run of the mill 30-30 ammo to a cartride collector or owner of the WF&Co commemorative rifle.

However, how much more?
And the hassle of shipping live ammo?

Might just let em sit awhile.

They've been around since '77. And, they don't cost anything to feed.

Yeah they’re kinda neat, I’d rather hang on to them for at least a little while and plink away with Win/Rem value range variety...

I'd take it to a big gun show like the Dallas gun show at Market Hall. They always have cartridge collectors set up there, probably several. Ask what they'd give you for it.

It's pretty neat. If you cant get 2-3(or more) times what current ammo prices are, I'd just keep it.

That has collector value written all over it, IMO.
