I had some problems months back with Wolf Military Classic Ammo. I was supposed to work out an exchange and as the old muddled middle aged memory will do, I forgot about it. Recently contacted Wolf about the problem again, they promptly sent me a return label and I sent the ammo back for replacement.

Glad to see that wolf stands behind there product and sent you another batch, despite the delay. Question though.....

Have you fired wolf military classic in your sks before? What will work fine in one sks may not work well in the other, or you could have had a bad batch of ammo.

Some sks's dont like the military classic. I have fired mostly Brown bear through my sks, but the ~100 rounds of Wolf mil. classic I have shot thru it worked just fine.

The bad batch I had was fired through a couple of SKS's. The problem was with the primers: light hits on some, dimpled hits on others, primers totally blown out of the case on others, and some (most) fired normally. Wolf seemed to think it was a problem with the ammo. I imagine quality control may not have been as good with the large orders they are filling for the war zones in Iraq and Afghanistan. Customer service was great though.

I guess this Saturday's shoot, that I have planned, will tell if the new stuff works better than the first batch I had.
