Last spring in the midst of the ammo shortage, I bought a mixed lot of ~700 rounds FMJ and JHP for a very reasonable price off a seller on GB. The JHP's were mainly whole, 1/2 and 2/3 boxes of Hornady, Winchester, Speer and Wolf gold. They have just been lying around in the bottom of an ammo can for the last several months collecting dust. Enter my new Keltec PF-9. I decided to see if this little gem had a particular bullet profile or weight preference.

The PF-9 was a pleasure to shoot with 147gr ammo, but it had a nasty bite with 115gr JHP's. The most surprising thing for me that day was how accurate the wolf gold 147gr JHP was. At 7 yards, I shot out the center of a 5" shoot-n-see target with the wolf ammo! The winchester and speer ammo were accurate with the PF-9...but nothing like the wolf!

Here is my problem...after seeing the accuracy of wolf gold in my pistol...I'm contemplating carrying it:eek:

I know that Wolf Gold is really prvi partizan ammo made in Serbia...not the steel case russian stuff that comes to mind when one hears wolf ammo. I worry about the bullets design since it does NOT look very cutting edge so to speak! Has anyone seen any ballistic gel, water or wetpack testing on this particular ammo?
