It was a liquor store so I wouldn't be too quick to discount "drunk" from the list.

That was incredible. The part when the guy (white shirt, came into the store looking like he wanted to kill someone) is right in front of the register, one cashier is aiming at him but doesn't shoot, what is going on there? Why on earth would you allow someone to get that close to you in that situation armed and looking like he wants to do you in?

And where did the dude with the shotgun come from at the end? Didn't hit him from what, eight feet away? A shining example that aiming is still required when using a shotgun.

It's surprising she wasn't shot. The robber was agitated and she was coming towards him unexpectedly in that fluorescent jacket. Maybe he tried to shoot her, and his gansta grip caused him to miss.

The store clerk who didn't shoot....maybe he was reluctant because shooting, even when justified, is almost as dangerous as getting shot.....and it appears he came out of it ok.
