Wondering if I could use the Tech. TSR 100 front sight base and a Williams WGRS-RU22 rear aperture? Anyone ever needed to or wanted to try this?
Would this work?

I upgraded my muzzleloader to a WGRS aperture, but then found that the stock FS was too high. I then had to replace it with a Williams FS that was .550 high.
FYI, go with the lowest FS that you think will work because it gives you more latitude in that rear adjustment, IMHO.

It's a 10/22. I'm setting it up for my gal,she's fired a friends M1 and really likes the sight picture.I just don't want to buy 30 cal. ammo and am looking for similar sights for the ruger. thanks.
