Wow guys, I gotta say you have all given me some outstanding information. My hat is off to you all. 
OldGold has it right. Your best market is the various clubs, especially the Cowboy Action Clubs and there are several in your area.
To conduct the average cowboy match it is necessary to have a minimum of fifty metal targets of various types. And these targets are replaced every 12 - 18 months. If you were providing targets for a half dozen clubs, that would be a good foothold to help you develop a full time business.
The fellow who makes the targets for my home club has eight or ten clubs that he supplies and he delivers the targets. He delivers within a radius of 150 miles.
Another good option is law enforcement ranges. Every PD and sheriff's dept. is a potential customer.
It would help you considerably if you could come up with a target that nobody else offers. That would require a little original thinking and some R&D, but it is the quickest way to get noticed.
