WR Case Customer Service?

Anybody send a knife in to be fixed? I have a Trapperlock with a loose blade that needs to be taken care of. Just wondering what to expect from customer service?
 
Expect good customer service if you do your part. No abuse to the knife, package well for shipping, clear information. Case is interested in their customers.
 
I bought a pair of large Trappers few years back and previous owner had etched/engraved using one of those electric pencils their name on a bolster, I email Case with pictures and ask could they be repaired and how much? They repaired for free I did pay for the shipping which was cheap, knives came back looking like new and fast turn around.
