I have a Dan Wesson 1911. The left grip panel used to have an emblem with the DW logo. It fell out and I'd like to replace it. Can they be bought or where do I find one?

I did make contact with Dan Wesson folks, They said the 1911 has been out of production for almost 10 years. No emblems available.
Anyone have thoughts on where to get one or anything to stick in the hole?
I can't imagine them telling you they don't make 1911's anymore. Go to CZ,s website and click on Dan Wesson. It will bring up a number of 1911's and the 715-2 revolver. They may not use that logo insert in their grips anymore but they definately are in busuness and producing 1911's. I have a 2004 Patriot with the logo grips. I guess I better keep an eye on the logos if they are that hard to find. Good luck in you're search. jwk
My Dan Wesson CBOB (post-CZ purchase era) just had plain wood grips, no medallions or anything like that. I'm inclined to think that a replacement is probably going to be a matter of finding someone with a set of grips they want to sell. You might want to try some of the specifically 1911 oriented gun boards and see if anyone can steer you towards a source or has some they're willing to sell.
I had to place an order with Numrich and found they had Dan Wesson grip inserts. They are for their revolvers but I think I can make it work.
Thanks for those who tried.
