I'd suppose the term "made safe" means something like welding a rod into the barrels... Makes me sick to think about it. These guns saved the English during the Battle of Britain... Now they have to be "made safe."

Yeah, so the nest time they need them, they'll be borrowing them from us again. Oh, but history never repeats itself. Right?
