Nice gun for SIG...

be worth it if you are looking for something just because or for one of the competitions...

Think it might be too heavy for IDPA..would be OK for USPSA Limited 10 or if they make 140mm length mags it might be competitive in limited..

It is tailored for IPSC Standard. Ought to do OK in USPSA Limited. Too heavy for IDPA. Expensive.

If they had put its cocked and locked action in regular size and price Sig-Sauers, I think they would have a better gun than their 1911 bandwagon GSR.

MSRP: $2,499
Is that for just one?

Any gun I pay that kind of money for has to shoot 100-straight clay birds. Which means it has to shoot by itself, because I can't shoot nearly that many.

I saw this one at SHOT. Very nice gun.

This is a niche gun. Quality and price wise it is an IPSC gun. I ran into a guy from my local club looking at the X5. He runs a Sig 226 in IDPA, so this is a perfect match for him for a USPSA gun.

I was impressed with it.
