I'm not asking which you would choose, but more what the differences are between XDm and XDs. I see these so far:
*The obvious, the size and things associated with it (i.e. single stack, lower capacity, smaller barrel)
*Front sight is fiber optic instead of white dot
*No front slide serrations, rear serrations aren't angled
*Extractor isn't covered by slide
*Trigger guard isn't hooked
However, I don't see anything that would change the MOA on the basic user end, that is: loading, shooting, unloading, safety, field strip/putting it back together, and cleaning.
I guess I should say where this is coming from. I've noticed when looking at other guns (such as M&P vs. Shield or PPQ vs. PPS) that the MOA changes somewhere between some of these. The Shield, for example, lacks certain ambi controls and only comes with a manual safety. I'm trying to figure out if the XDs is virtually the same as the XDm (just smaller).
